The Question in the Village

Synopsis

A stranger approaches a village with one question on his mind - could this be the village of his father?

As he enters the village across a bridge...

he encounters first - a group of children playing

with a cat.

Then, an old grey man, two priests and a range of other villagers who appear either mysterious and perplexing, or indifferent towards him. 

Some are perhaps warm-hearted. 

He does not know.    

They may also be hostile. 

He finds it difficult to fathom the true attitude of the villagers and whether they can help him in his search.

But, as he leaves the village, it is the owl who conveys the answer to his question…
